Do you provide International delivery?
We offer 1 shipping option as detailed below:
Tracked Express (Recommended): Free on orders over $1000
Shipped via NZ Post International Express Courier. This is a fast, secure, trackable delivery service with full cover for lost or damaged parcels.
How do I return an item?
Please choose carefully. You can only return your Shazz product if it is faulty.
If your product is within the Shazz product warranty & you have proof of purchase:

Request a copy of our Returns Form by emailing info@shazzjewellery.co.nz

Complete the Returns Form & attach proof of purchase

Package* & return your defective product via Courier Post or NZ Post**

Keep proof of your shipment (including tracking number) until your return has been fully processed

What are your delivery options?
We currently ship to NZ, Australia, Europe, Canada, USA, China, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
FREE Express shipping on all orders over $1000 NZD
*Due to recent BREXIT changes to UK VAT collection, we are unable to ship parcels to the UK under the value of £135 ($260 NZD). All orders over $260 will receive free tracked express shipping.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The buyer is liable for payment of any country import tax/duty, VAT, GST at the time of entry into the country of destination. For more information about import taxes/duties & VAT or GST please contact your local customs office.
Delivery time does not include any time that your country’s customs office may hold your package.
